Mobile DPF cleaning in Salford & Greater Manchester
We come to your home or workplace, diagnose why the diesel particulate filter blocked, clean and regenerate it on the vehicle, and tell you how to stop it happening again. From £180, usually same or next day.
How the mobile DPF clean works
1. Tell us the symptoms
Call or WhatsApp with your reg, the warning lights showing and how the car is driving. We confirm price and a slot before we set off.
2. We come to you
Fully mobile setup — your driveway, street parking or workplace car park. No need to book the car into a garage or arrange a lift home.
3. Diagnostics on site
We read live data: differential pressure, soot loading, exhaust temperatures and stored fault codes, so we know whether the filter can be cleaned or needs further repair.
4. Clean and regenerate
On-vehicle cleaning followed by a forced regeneration where the filter allows, then a road test and a fresh read to confirm soot levels have dropped.
5. Stop it happening again
We explain what caused the blockage — short journeys, a faulty sensor, EGR or injector issues — and what to change so you aren't back in three months.

Mobile DPF cleaning FAQs
How much does mobile DPF cleaning cost?
DPF work starts from £180. Diagnostics alone are from £45 and that fee comes off the bill if you go ahead with the repair. You get the price before we travel out.
How long does it take?
Most jobs are done in one visit, typically 1–3 hours depending on how heavily loaded the filter is and whether a road test regeneration is needed.
Can you clean the DPF without removing it?
In most cases yes — cleaning is carried out on the vehicle. If the filter is cracked, melted or fully blocked solid, we tell you straight away and talk through the repair or replacement options.
My DPF light keeps coming back — why?
A blocked filter is usually a symptom. Short journeys, a failing pressure sensor, EGR faults, leaking injectors or a glow plug issue all stop regeneration completing. We diagnose the cause rather than just clearing the light.
Do you cover my area?
We cover Salford and the whole of Greater Manchester, and travel further by arrangement. Give us your postcode and we'll confirm.
