What can change the final cost
- A major part the vehicle needs, such as a new AdBlue tank or NOx sensor unit — we quote the exact price and wait for your go-ahead before fitting
- Contaminated AdBlue in the tank (wrong fluid) may need a flush, quoted separately
- Make and model — some vans and cars take longer or need specific parts
- Diagnostics are from £45 and come off the bill if you go ahead with the repair

Non-start countdown reset
Once the underlying fault is repaired we clear the lockout and reset the mileage countdown so the vehicle starts and drives normally.
Injector & dosing line clean
Crystallised AdBlue is the most common cause of dosing faults. We clean or replace the injector and clear the dosing line.
Pump, heater & sensor faults
Failed pumps, frozen or open-circuit heaters, blocked filters and faulty level or NOx sensors diagnosed and replaced.
Eolys / additive systems

What does the 700 mile AdBlue countdown mean?
It's the manufacturer's warning before a non-start lockout. When it hits zero the engine will not restart. If the countdown stays on after a genuine top-up, the fault is electrical or mechanical — a sensor, pump, heater or injector — and needs diagnosing properly.
My van has already stopped — can you still help?
Yes. That's a big part of what we do. We come to where the vehicle is, diagnose the SCR system, carry out the repair and reset the lockout so it starts again.
